  Ms. Williams spoke with me regarding my complaint to the Wells Fargo Board of Directors about her employee - Eric Prochnow, the mortgage "specialist" at Wells Fargo in Rochester, Mn. Ms. Williams began her telephone conversation with a professional tone, but quickly changed to a tone that clearly told me she did not believe my version of events with regard to my interaction with Mr. Prochnow. While I do admire a supervisor who backs up their employees, Ms. Williams' attitude was not one of support for her employee but, rather, distain for me - a customer of Wells Fargo bank for over 25 years. I do not appreciate being talked "down" to and that is exactly how she handled our conversation - at one point stating, "There's nothing more I can say to you because I do not agree with your statements about Mr. Prochnow" which I took to mean she thought me a liar. Ms. Williams may have thought me a liar and believed her male employee over a female customer, but saying it directly to my face is not what I call good customer service. Ms. Williams and Mr. Prochnow are prime examples of the Wells Fargo environment that caused the CEO to recently resign. I could not be more disappointed in Ms. Williams in particular and Wells Fargo in general. I await the Board of Directors' decision on my complaint and hope Ms. Williams and Mr. Prochnow are properly chastised for their unprofessional behaviors. Beware!
