  I am so glad I spoke to Paul Dahlberg before finalizing and settling with the insurance company. I was referred to him by a friend who reminded me that the insurance company has lawyers that represent and advise them and I needed someone to make sure I knew everything before agreeing to what they were offering us. Man... I am so glad I took my friend’s advice! It made a huge difference! I could have so easily just agreed and I would have regretted it all my life! The insurance people seemed so nice but now I know why! Thanks Paul to you and your staff!

  ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to answer a simple question, then I don' want to work with you. Don't use their "live chat" mode on their website. I do not care if the "live chat" is ran by Patterson Dahlberg or not, because it's extremely useless. The company's website has a lot of useful information, and I just wanted to clarify something about subrogration laws in Minnesota before I settle my case. So I asked one question in the live chat mode, the person named, Samantha, disregarded my question because I was not a potential client! SO FYI, don't put your little "live chat" publicly on your website if it's intended for clients only because you'll only lose potential client. Overall, if I am unsatisfied with the firm's website, then there is no reason for me to work with the lawyers or staff here.

  Mr. Patterson initially appeared to be a very caring person. But then he was asking for my daughter's signature to obtain personal medical information and information from the work comp insurance company as well as her social security portal. He did not say that he would take her case but after reviewing information he did not get back to her regarding her case either. When he would not return phone calls she realized that he had taken advantage of her by using her information to help him with another case. He had mentioned that he had another case that was similar when he was first interviewing my daughter. About a month later she got a letter stating that he would not be able to take her case. I found this to be very unprofessional. Why would he take advantage of someone in this way.
