  I filed my tax return on February 9th. It was accepted by the US government on February 14th (email stated that returns are processed in 21 days). The state tax return was paid March 10. It is now April 12th nearly 60 days from when it was accepted and it has still not been paid. They charged me $150 for the return that I could have done it myself, but I wanted it professionally done for the support. It took them about 10 minutes to created using the same software that is free online. I called H&R block at this location several times asking them what I can do. The person answering the phone was always courteous, but would say they would call me back (Never did) or send me to a tax professional that said the education credit was messed up with the software and that is what the delay was. They then would refer me to the IRS. Which is 40-60 minutes of waiting. The IRS has been helpful, but I don't appreciated the lack of support I received from this office regarding the return. I usually don't write reviews unless I am very disappointed.
