  Don't get in an accident, this company will jack up your rates. I agree with Angela below. I also believe that the owner deletes the more negative reviews on this site to make himself look good. Customer service was horrible when I got in an accident and had to call down to Georgia or wherever it is where their claims team are.

  I was a customer of State Farm for 15 years. 10 of those years with Bruce Fujan's office. But it's only been in the past year when I've actually needed assistance with auto issues/glass that I have seen how deplorable their customer service is. I call to tell the agent I have been rear ended, I have the police report and other driver's insurance. I asked the agent help me. I got told in response either I pay my $500 deductible before the agent will assist me (the $500 might not be refunded back to me up to a year.) Or I could do the work on my own and file with other drivers insurance. So I had to do it BY MYSELF, setting up the car fix, the rental car all the headaches you pay your insurance provider to do for you! And even after paying monthly fees for my home in my auto to State Farm/Bruce Fujan I'm still expected me to pay $500 before they will WORK for me. Save your money shop your insurance, because this place won't WORK for you, just collect your money.
