- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience. Walked in after calling twice to verify what all I needed to bring in due to my special circumstance, and got shunned away because I missing things that were needed that was never mentioned to me when I called the first two times. On top of that, the woman at the desk was extremely rude, and lacked any type of care in my situation. While she did get me the correct paperwork to get filled out, she could (& probably did) care less about anything about what I saying to her. Horrible customer service. It's not like I was asking her to do anything else but her job, which she never should've gotten hired to do.By Hey Ang, March 18, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Verry nice and helpful! I've been here about 3 times in the last year to transfer vehicle titles and apply for a new licence and they are always so nice. They also have a few people working at a time so there aren't super bad lines like I have seen elsewhere. They have a collection of licence plates on the walls from all over the US and both old and new which I thought was pretty cool!By Anonomus User, January 14, 2017
